Sub2 Checklist

Congrats!  You're buying a property SUB2!  We love creative financing closings.  We're also likely one of the few closing attorneys who handles all the necessary paperwork too.  All of it.  


A few things before we start... these kind of closings take a LOT of our time and resources - not to mention that just as many of these files cancel as those that close.  In addition to any EMD due, we ask for a $1200 Reservation Fee - for us to open a file and work around the clock to close your file! ((Once we get your first email, we'll reply to talk about wiring funds and filling out documents.)  When it closes, we credit you for the funds.  We are a law firm - you are asking us to handle your legal matters - let's get to work!
