Signing documents outside of the USA

Are you not located in the Metro Atlanta area? Are you not even in Georgia? Maybe you're not even in the USA! We're happy to coordinate with you 1) getting the necessary documents for closing and 2) getting them signed correctly!

Getting documents signed correctly

Depending on where you are - you MAY be required to have everything signed at the US Embassy.   There are exceptions.  If you are located in any of the Countries HERE ....

Hague Apostille Country List (gsccca.org)  ... you can use a local Notary that is ALSO an APOSTILLE.   What does that mean - it means the notary will also stamp documents with an Apostille Stamp.   Can you use just any notary? Nope.  Make sure they are also an Apostille.   If you can't find one - you're back to the US Embassy.
