Our Fee? $500. 

That's $100 for the standard filing and $400 for us to do the work.  Need it filed ASAP ... the GA SOS charges an expedited fee - we pass that on to you.  

Just complete the payment and questionnaire form. There ya go! 

What do you get? Articles of Organization, Operating Agreement.   What don't we do?  We do not set up your bank account OR request your EIN/Tax ID number.  You can get a FREE EIN on the IRS website here:  https://sa.www4.irs.gov/modiein/individual/index.jsp

 Want to buy your property in a Trust but don't have one already?  Cost is an additional $750

 Want us to open a file, run title and start preclosing?  This is a great place to start!  

 Doing a Novation?  This is where you we record your notice on the public records.  Piece of cake.  

Having trust issues with your seller?
