You draft it.
You send it for us to review.
IF it is in a recordable format and meets our standard for recording, we will approve and ask you to overnight us the original.
You pay us.
The cost is $75

Need us to do it ...

We need some information from you. You send us that information in an email.
We need to be paid. All other hard costs on the file need to be covered before or when we provide additional legal services. (You want to protect your interests - we don't want to lose money providing legal services for you.)
TYPICALLY this is the hard cost for running title and drafting the legal document (Memorandum).
Unless otherwise planned for, the cost is $425. This covers the cost of the title exam, drafting your new legal document and recording it. Easy.
